We are currently accepting applications for a nine-month, tenure track assistant, associate or professor at Illinois State University Mennonite College of Nursing. We seek candidates with a passion for student centered teaching and learning, and expertise in one or more of the following areas: Mental Health, Pediatrics, Adult Health, Medical/Surgical Nursing, Leadership.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Teach in undergraduate and/or graduate programs
• Engage in a program of research, including pursuit of research funding, data-based publications and national/international professional presentations.
• Advise and mentor students
• Contribute to faculty governance

Salary Rate / Pay Rate
Salary and initial appointment are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Required Qualifications
1. PhD in Nursing or related field, DNP, EdD, or DrPH (Master’s in Nursing required if doctorate not in nursing). Candidates will be considered if doctoral degree will be earned by August of 2025..
2. Proven potential for scholarly productivity.
3. Licensed (prior to start date) Registered Nursing in Illinois.
4. For teaching positions, state law mandates demonstrable oral proficiency in the English language as a requirement for this position.
